Only if your products have not been prepared for shipping. We are preparing packages all day so we should receive your cancellation asap after your order placement. E-mail us at

Free worldwide shipping applies on all orders. All prices in the webshop includes 25 % VAT.
Returns and exchanges
Returns
You have 14 days to cancel when you shop at underprotection.dk. The right of withdrawal shall run from the date you received the product.
The right can only be exercised if the product is returned in the same condition and quantity. The right of withdrawal lapses therefore, if you use the product in a way that obviously reduces the sales value significantly.
If you are unhappy with a product and want to return it, please send an email to info@underprotection.dk containing information about the item you wish to return. Please send us the product in perfect condition, accompanied by a copy of the receipt, your personal information and account information:

You can also cancel the order by refusing to accept it or drop it off in person, at the above address.
If you regret your purchase, you are of course entitled to receive the amount you have paid. You should expect the refund amount to be visible on your account within 5-7 days. You must pay to send the item(s) back to us.
Shipping costs will not be reimbursed for unclaimed effects.
How can I exchange an item?
The same procedure as above, but please indicate that you wish to exchange goods instead.
As soon as possible after receiving the goods, we will send you the new one.
Warranty
You have a period of 24 months to complain about a product if it did not live up to our usual standard. Please send us an email at info@underprotection.dk describing the problem. If the product fails or is damaged upon arrival, it will be repaired or replaced and sent to you, which of course will be done as soon as possible after receiving the broken item. If the item is not in stock, we will refund the full amount (excluding shipping costs) to your bank account after receiving your account information.
Of course it is a requirement that the complaint is justified, and that the defect is not due to misuse of the product or other injurious behavior.
You must complain within "reasonable time" after you have discovered the defect in the product. If you complain within two months after the defect is discovered, the claim is always timely.
If the complaint is justified we will of course reimburse your (reasonable) shipping costs.

Remember that the product must always be returned in good condition, and get a receipt for shipment so that we can reimburse your shipping costs.
Delivery information
How long does it take for my package to arrive?
The shipping period depends on which products you have purchased and whereto they are to be shipped. We will deliver your purchase within 1-3 working days though sometimes you will experience a longer shipping period – for instance regarding “out-of-stock products” in which cases you will be contacted either by phone or e-mail.
How much are the shipping costs?
Free worldwide shipping applies on all orders above 500 dkk. On orders below 500 dkk you will be charged a shipping cost of 25 dkk.
The following courier is used: Post Danmark.
The shipping cost is only paid once if any, no matter how many products you buy and we will, if possible, ship all products at the same time.
My order has not arrived. What should I do?
If your package has not arrived please contact us by phone or e-mail.
